2024 Keynote Speakers
Sonya Stevenson
A 1990 summa cum laude graduate of Southern University, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Sonya earned a B.S. in Accounting and has completed additional coursework in education and business administration at the University of Houston. Sonya’s professional work includes experience as an Internal Auditor and Financial Analyst for Exxon Chemical Americas.
Upon her husband’s calling into the ministry and subsequently founding The Fort Bend Church of Sugarland, TX, she began her career in the nonprofit sector working as a Budget Analyst, Career and Technology Education Teacher and Business Manager for the Houston Independent School District. She worked in this capacity for several years prior to assisting her husband with the church’s founding, in 2004, and becoming the Executive Director of The Fort Bend Church serving a congregation of over 8500 members.

Janice Pender
Janice Pender is a Jesus lover, a pastor's wife, and a mama to four young adult children. Janice enjoys serving alongside her pastor-husband at Fallbrook Church in Houston, TX. Together, they have witnessed God grow Fallbrook Church from five families to over 10,000 members.
Janice enjoys encouraging women of all ages to find true hope in Jesus. She serves as a ministry leader, a bible teacher, and a conference speaker to women. She has mentored and counseled hundreds of women in various life stages and developed programs encouraging their success. Her passion leads women to ignite with hope through a deeper relationship with God. Janice understands that when we serve people, it makes them feel important and loved. She serves others while hanging onto these two truths: Love God and Love People.

Ericka Cormier
Ericka Cormier is a real estate agent, teacher and ministry leader. She is very passionate about family ministry that is centered on the effective study and application of the principles, values, and precepts from the Holy Bible.
Ericka Cormier currently serves as Assistant Director for the Women of Virtue, Facilitator with Women’s Bible Study on Tuesday nights. She is a former BSF Group Leader for the last 10 years in the Humble area.
